This was an essay contest entitled “Win- Win Through Mediation.” It was to promote the use and value of mediation in resolving disputes in commemoration of Mediation Week (Oct. 13-19, 2019) and Conflict Resolution Day (Oct. 17, 2019). The essay could be written or it could have been a video.

In first place, Martin Blanca. Second place, Karinne Mitchell. And in third place, Liam MacMahon. All of these students and their teachers won a cash prize.

The winning students and their teachers were featured on the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s website and Facebook page, and in the PBCBA Bar Bulletin.

Honorable Mentions were earned by Carlos Faure Cuevas and Lilian Paulitz.

Congratulations to all of the Wolverines who participated in this essay contest!
