FCCLA Spreads Holiday Cheer

On Wednesday, December 12th, members of the FCCLA (Florida Career and Community Leaders of America) group at Wellington High School helped seniors at the New Age Senior Care Facility celebrate the holidays. The group held a holiday party for the residents of the facility and showed up with hand-made cards and stockings.
During the party, members sang holiday songs, played holiday-themed bingo, and bonded with the seniors. The FCCLA group watched the residents faces light up with joy when they gave them their gifts, shared stories, and played games.
After the event, members of the club said they felt they were very joyful to be able to give back to the community.
