Starting on Tuesday, October 1st, Wellington High School’s annual spirit week will begin.

Tuesday, October 1st

The first day’s theme is “Welcome To The Jungle”, an animal print dress-up day. There will be a lunchtime activity and from 3:00 PM-9:00 PM hallway decorating will take place in building 2. 

Wednesday, October 2nd

On the second day, the theme is “Neon Lights,” a neon dress-up day. There will be a carnival at lunch and the Powder Puff football games beginning at 6:00 PM. 

Thursday, October 3rd

On the third day, the theme is “Thrift Shop,” a vintage dress-up day. At 6:00 PM, there will be a field day competition on the softball and baseball field. 

Friday, October 4th

On the last day, October 4th, the theme is “Back In Black” a blackout day. There will be a pep rally during the activity period and a parade at 5:00 PM on Greenview Shores Blvd. Float building will also take place all day in the outdoor hallway near the 400 building.

Saturday, October 5th

Homecoming week ends with the annual homecoming dance in the gym from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The theme is “Grammy Awards.”
