The National Hurricane Center is monitoring three systems in the Atlantic Ocean.

Tropical Storm Humberto has a 70% chance of becoming a tropical storm or depression, and if it becomes one, it’s heading to the Bahamas, then Florida. For Florida, this means rain and maybe some winds throughout the weekend. There are two other systems in the Atlantic that have a 20% chance of development.

There are warnings of high tide, rip currents, heavy rain, isolated flooding, and tornadoes as this system passes. This storm is becoming more organized which means it’s more likely to become a tropical storm. If this storm does strengthen it will be named Humberto.

Meteorologists and the Hurricane Center are keeping an eye on all three disturbances as its the peak of hurricane season.
