Riverdale and Beverly Hills, 90210 star Luke Perry passed away on March 4th at Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank California at the age of 52.

Perry is considered to be on the younger scale for stroke victims, with 66 percent who suffer from strokes being 65 or older. His father passed in his mid 30’s, which could have contributed to Perry’s young death.

Perry’s recent work was on CW’s “Riverdale” where he plays Fred Andrews, father of main character Archie Andrews. He was loved by producers, directors, and co stars. He came off as an “consummate professional with a giant heart” producers from “Riverdale” say.

Perry was one of the best-known actors on TV, and even appeared shirtless on the cover of Vanity Fair’s July 1992 edition. He will always be remembered for the role that skyrocketed his career as McKay, the bad boy who had flings with high school sweetheart Brenda Walsh in the show “Beverly Hills, 90210.”

It was a tragic day for fans of Perry, leaving his fiance Wendy Madison Bauer and two kids Jack and Sophie. He was a loving father and a heartfelt friend to all.
