Witch Hat Cookies

Ingredients:

  • Striped Fudge shortbread cookies
  • Honey
  • Milk Chocolate Hershey Kisses
  • Frosting of any color

Instructions:

  • Place shortbread cookies upside down
  • Put a drop of honey on bottom of hershey kiss and adhere to cookie
  • Make a ribbon and bow with frosting
