As the season of autumn falls upon us, many of the neighborhood favorite food locations are bringing out their seasonal favorites.

The newly opened Dunkin Donuts, on Forest Hill Blvd, has brought out there pumpkin muffins, donuts, munchkins, and even pumpkin cream cheese. Their drink specials kick it up a notch by offering pumpkin lattes and coffees. But the fall flavors don’t end there, for Dunkin Donuts also has orchard donuts and munchkins.

The favorite around Wellington, and perhaps the most anticipated, is Starbucks. Their pumpkin spice latte has been one of the most talked about beverages since the hints of fall have arrived.

“I’ve been waiting all year for Starbucks to bring back their fall lattes. I wish they would sell it year round,” Kelly Ramesar, Senior, said.

In addition to the latte, Starbucks offers pumpkin pie crème frappucino and a plethora of food items, such as pumpkin bread, muffins, and scones.

While Dunkin Donuts and Starbuck are known for their fall drinks, Panera has focused on bringing all the aspects of fall to customers. Their pumpkin bagel and crème cheese can be accompanied by a jack-o-lantern cookie for dessert. Looking for a more filling meal? Panera is now bringing thanksgiving in October to their stores with their roasted turkey harvest salad.

So in case the weather has gotten in the way of finding the spirit of Fall, your local after school food spots are here for you comfort, in the form of your fall favorites.
